About the performers
CAFTI is a choir project born in early 2018 from the collaboration between the Alliance Française of Granada and the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting.
The choir seeks to channel the musical and artistic interests of its members through energy, enthusiasm, and a spirit of learning and sharing. It also serves as a weekly meeting point to face challenges, share experiences, and enjoy building a repertoire together, all under the unifying power of music, which also helps release tension and stress.
The Romanychev Brothers, a balalaika and piano duo, have captivated audiences with their passionate and innovative performances that fuse traditional and modern music. Consisting of Michael Romanychev on balalaika and Fedor Romanychev on piano, the duo’s unique instrumental combination creates a harmonious blend that transcends cultural boundaries and delights listeners of all ages.
